A Day At The Park

This part Saturday Stephan picked up a shift at work so my mom and sister came over and we took Ephraim to the park! Ephraim has never been to a park with a playground. We go to the park a lot, but we usually go to one that has the Cahaba river running through it and is just big and open so the dogs can tag along.
I honestly can't believe it has taken me this long to get Ephraim to a park where he can swing and slide. What was I thinking?!
He absolutely loved every minute of it!
I only wish Stephan could have been there to experience his first time on a swing and to see this face in person
This cracks me up every time I see it!

He wanted to swing forever! I decided it was time to stop 15 minutes later when he looked a little nauseous.

Loving the slide. Check out his hair flowing in the wind!!

This picture would be a lot cuter if the bubble wasn't so dirty.
After the park we went to one of our favorite places for lunch, The Three Eared Rabbit.
I've just recently started ordering off the kids menu at restaurants for E and it has been so fun for me!
I love that I can take him on lunch dates and not have to pack a thing, because most of the time I forget one thing or another.
This day E picked at peanut butter and jelly sandwich
I would say he enjoyed it

At lunch Ephraim found some ladies he wanted to entertain, so he decided he would show off he new favorite facial expression.

We like to call this his mad face. He is rarely mad, we just needed something to call it.
I love this funny little man!

  1. There wasn't one thing about being with him, you, and Sarah Katherine that day that I didn't enjoy! That's one precious grandson (and entertainer), and I love my girls! :)
